Here is the cake that I did to celebrate OT Awareness Month at work. The cake itself is layers of chocolate and vanilla cake with an Oreo cookie butter cream center. Everyone loved it! This was supposed to be a 3 layer cake except Shawn got upset so I had no choice, I had to leave the top layer for him. All of the toppings I made myself out of fondant. All of the items shown on top of the cake OTs use everyday when working with children.
